From August 27 to 30, 2026, CAS 2026, the 17th Annual Congress of Spine and Spinal Cord, was successfully held at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center. Bringing together numerous experts, scholars and clinicians in the field of spine and spinal cord surgery, the congress hosted academic exchanges covering diagnosis and treatment of spinal disorders, minimally invasive spine surgery, digital spine, spinal deformity, spinal infection, spinal tumour, basic research and translational medicine. Participants jointly explored emerging disciplinary trends and new pathways for clinical practice.

As a player in intraoperative orthopaedic imaging, AISRI Medical showcased its portfolio of intraoperative spinal imaging products. The team engaged face‑to‑face with specialists nationwide, listened to clinical feedback, and discussed the value of precision imaging technology within spinal surgery workflows.

Gathering in Zhengzhou for this academic summit on spine surgery.

Featuring opening ceremony and keynote lectures, lumbar sub-forum, plus thematic sessions on digital spine, minimally invasive spine surgery, cervical spine, spinal deformity, spinal infection, basic research and translational medicine, the congress delivered a rich academic programme demonstrating continuous innovation within spine and spinal cord disciplines. Beyond academic presentations, the AISRI booth attracted many specialists, clinicians and partners for in-depth discussions. Conversations focused on clear intraoperative image rendering, operational efficiency, clinical user experience and demands for precision in spinal procedures.

Every exchange deepens our understanding of clinical needs; every suggestion guides ongoing product optimisation.

Focused on Spinal Clinical Practice: Presenting Intraoperative Imaging Solutions

At CAS 2026, AISRI Medical highlighted intraoperative imaging products and corresponding solutions tailored for spinal surgery workflows, offering visitors immersive product demonstrations and discussion opportunities.

TiMerak Tianxuan Xingyi 2D C‑arm

Boasting lightweight design, an ultra‑thin X‑ray tube and excellent under-table clearance, it enables flexible intraoperative positioning. Crisp, stable 2D fluoroscopic images deliver reliable support for routine spinal operations. Equipped with full-spine stitching and Cobb angle measurement functions, it supports complete visualisation of long-segment spinal images and angular assessment, clarifying key surgical steps and boosting confidence in intraoperative decision-making.

TiMerak Tianxuan Xingyao 3D C‑arm

For complex procedures requiring superior spatial information, it delivers high-resolution 2D and 3D images to visualise anatomical structures in greater depth and completeness, serving as robust reference for intraoperative decision-making and precise manipulation. The Tinavi One Step® one-stop workflow enables seamless integration with systems such as the TiRobot orthopaedic surgical robot, streamlining handover between imaging, planning and execution, and enabling more efficient workflows for precision spine surgery.

Guided by Clinical Needs: Continuous Commitment to Intraoperative Imaging

This short gathering brought not only fruitful exchanges but also clearer direction for future development. Going forward, AISRI Medical will remain focused on intraoperative orthopaedic imaging. The company will continue to study real clinical scenarios in spinal surgery, advance optimisation and adoption of 2D / 3D intraoperative imaging and imaging‑robot collaborative workflows, and deliver higher-value technological support for clinical precision diagnosis and treatment.
